Slosh Box 100 provides information for correct flushability labelling of the finished product, whereas Flush 100 serves for quick assessment of flushability characteristics for the purpose of process or product modifications. The realization of set quality criteria for raw material staple fiber is guaranteed by applying Vibroskop 500, Vibrodyn 500 and Vibrotex 400 for income control of titer (dtex, den), tenacity and elongation as well as the crimp characteristics of single fibers. The Nonwovens Orientation System NOS 300 offers online and continuous monitoring of the fiber orientation along and across the nonwovens web. The ratio of fibers in the respective web direction gives indirect information about the tensile strength of the nonwovens. Additionally, monitoring of the fiber orientation ratio yields information about the homogeneity of the web.
