An easing of the corona pandemic is currently not in sight. Messe Frankfurt GmbH, Frankfurt/Germany, already decided in the fall of 2020 that no trade fairs could be held at the Frankfurt exhibition center in the 1st quarter 2(Q1) 2021.
The current changes in regulations and travel restrictions now mean that the 2 leading international trade fairs for technical textiles and nonwovens Techtextil and the processing of textile and flexible materials Texprocess, scheduled for May 4-7, 2021, will also be postponed. These are now to be held again in the 2nd quarter (Q2) 2022 in a 2-year cycle.
The international trade fair for home and contract textiles Heimtextil 2021, planned for the same period, will be canceled. The next edition is scheduled to take place in Frankfurt from January 11 - 14, 2022.
