Headquartered in Senden/Germany, for over 20 years Graute GmbH has been the partner of choice when it comes to innovative and customized solutions for the nonwovens industry.
The company was founded in Coesfeld/Germany in 1997 by Horst Graute, the then development manager for air-lay systems of the company Hergeht Hollingsworth. Taken over by Norbert Höltker in 2009, the company currently has 36 employees and supplies its customers worldwide with sophisticated technologies for the areas of fiber opening, blending, carding, web forming, winding and slitting.
The range on offer consists of individual machines and modules as well as complete air-lay and carding production lines including cross lapper and web drafter. In the area of winding technology, various inline winding machines for web materials are developed and manufactured as well as fully automatic offline systems with integrated high-speed cutting units. Plant modernizations, technological support and complete special constructions such as table systems or fully automatic cutting units for existing production lines are also part of the Graute portfolio.
The designers and developers at Graute pay special attention to the good operability and maintenance friendliness of the machines in order to keep downtimes as low as possible. The machines are characterized, for example, by good accessibility to the individual rollers and drives, which is achieved, among other things, by large doors and machine sections that can be moved apart. Countless viewing windows allow the operator to look inside the machines at any time in order to be able to accurately assess and evaluate the production process.
Flat structures and a well-trained team, a mix of experienced employees and young professionals, allow Graute to help their customers even at short notice with problems of any kind and find new solutions.
The Graute team looks forward to advising you in the future.
